Accessibility Statement.

§1Our commitment

We design and build Prestige to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technologies. Our standard is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the W3C. Every product change goes through accessibility review before release.

§2Specific accommodations

2.1Keyboard navigation

All interactive elements — buttons, links, form controls, modals, accordions, sliders — are reachable with the keyboard alone. Focus states are visible. Skip-to-content links are provided at the top of every page.

2.2Screen reader support

Semantic HTML5 landmarks (<nav>, <main>, <article>, <aside>) structure every page. ARIA labels and roles are added where semantics aren't enough. We test with VoiceOver (macOS, iOS), NVDA (Windows), and TalkBack (Android).

2.3Captions & transcripts

All Academy video content includes captions (CC). Long-form videos include downloadable transcripts. Founder-led masterclasses also have audio descriptions.

2.4Alt text on images

Decorative images use empty alt="" attributes. Content images include meaningful descriptions. Charts and complex visualizations include longer text alternatives nearby in the DOM.

2.5Color contrast & motion

Text contrast meets or exceeds 4.5:1 (AA) for body text and 3:1 for large text. We honor prefers-reduced-motion — all parallax, scroll animations, and ambient glows are disabled when set.

§3Testing & auditing

• Automated axe-core scans on every CI build;
• Monthly manual audits of high-traffic pages;
• Quarterly third-party audit (current vendor: [vendor name on file]);
• User testing with accessibility consultants twice a year.

§4Known limitations

We disclose known accessibility issues transparently. As of the last update:

• The Broker Earnings Calculator sliders work with keyboard but the value display update is announced verbosely by some screen readers — refinement in progress;
• Some third-party embeds (Stripe Checkout, iSoftpull credit pull widget) are governed by the vendor; we are working with each vendor on AA conformance;
• Animated SVG illustrations (the 3D book mockup, the gold-glow hero backdrop) are decorative and hidden from assistive tech, but their absence may reduce visual context for some users.

§6Formal complaints

If you've contacted us and feel the response was insufficient, you can file a formal complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice ADA Section 508 office, or with your state's analogous consumer protection agency. We will cooperate fully with any such inquiry.
