Dream Car Giveaway — Q2 2026® OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are the age of majority in their state/province of residence at time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, US territories, and where prohibited. Employees of Prestige Ecosystem LLC and their immediate families are not eligible.
2. SPONSOR: Prestige Ecosystem LLC. Drawing administered by an independent administrator.
3. ENTRY METHODS: Entries may be earned through active membership, Vault Store purchases, Quick Entry products, referrals, daily spins, engine activations, or free mail-in entry. To enter without purchase, mail a 3×5 card with your full name, address, email, phone number, and date of birth to: Prestige Ecosystem LLC, Attn: Dream Car Giveaway, [Sponsor Address]. Limit one mail-in entry per envelope. Mail-in entries must be received by the entry deadline.
4. ENTRY ALLOCATION BY MEMBERSHIP: Active paid members receive automatic entries each quarter: Foundations — 2,500 entries; Core — 5,000 entries; VIP — 10,000 entries; Partner — 15,000 entries. Additional entries may be earned through the methods listed in §3. Mail-in entries are weighted equally with the smallest tier-allocation increment to comply with “equal odds” sweepstakes law.
5. DRAWING: Winner selected by cryptographically random selection from all eligible entries. Odds depend on total entries received. Winner will be notified by phone, email, and USPS mail.
6. PRIZE: One (1) grand prize per drawing period: a fully-financed dream vehicle (approximate retail value up to $75,000 USD) or the cash equivalent at sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner is responsible for all taxes, registration, and licensing fees. Approximate retail value will be reported to the IRS on Form 1099-MISC.
7. WINNER VERIFICATION: Winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release, and IRS Form W-9 within 14 days of notification. Failure to comply results in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner. Canadian residents must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question.
8. WINNER LIST: Available upon request. Send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor address after the drawing date.
9. GOVERNING LAW: These rules are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final on all matters relating to the giveaway.
