Affiliate / Broker Agreement

Eligibility

You must be an active Prestige member (Foundations / Core / VIP / Partner) in good standing, U.S.-based, 18+, and have a valid payment method on file to receive commissions.

Commission structure

  • Foundations referrals: 15% recurring
  • Core referrals: 25% recurring
  • VIP referrals: 35% recurring
  • Partner referrals: 40% recurring

Recurring commissions pay each month the referred member remains active and current on their subscription.

How tracking works

Each member gets a unique referral code (PE-XXXXXXXX). Sharing a /signup?ref=<code> link attributes the referral. Cookie-based attribution lasts 30 days from first click.

Self-referrals + fraud

Self-referrals (same IP, same payment instrument fingerprint, same device fingerprint) are prohibited and forfeit all commissions on those accounts. We use fraud-detection tooling to flag these automatically.

Clawback

Commissions are held 30 days. If the referred member cancels, chargebacks, or is found to be a self-referral within that window, the held commission is clawed back. After 30 days the commission vests and is paid on the next payout cycle.

Payouts

Monthly via Stripe Connect or Tango Card (member's choice). Minimum payout threshold: $50. Below threshold balances roll forward.

Tax

We issue 1099-NEC for U.S. brokers earning $600+ per calendar year. You are responsible for income tax on commissions; we do not withhold.

Marketing rules

  • Disclose your affiliate relationship on every promotional channel (FTC Endorsement Guides).
  • Do not make income guarantees or specific outcome promises; link to our Earnings Disclaimer instead.
  • Do not purchase brand-bidding ads on "prestige ecosystem" or close variants.
  • Do not spam, including unsolicited DMs, comment-spam, or purchased email lists.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate a broker account for fraud, deceptive marketing, or violation of these terms. Vested commissions remain payable; unvested are forfeited.
