§1Your rights under CCPA / CPRA

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.100 et seq.) and the California Privacy Rights Act (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.140 et seq.), if you are a California resident you have the right to:

• Opt out of the sale of your personal information;
• Opt out of the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising;
• Request that we limit the use of your sensitive personal information to what's necessary to provide the services you requested.

§2What "sale" and "share" mean to us

2.1Sale

We do not "sell" personal information for money in the traditional sense. We have not sold data in the previous 12 months and do not have a contractual mechanism to do so.

2.2Share

Our use of certain analytics tools (PostHog, Vercel Analytics) may constitute "sharing" under CPRA's broad definition of cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not run third-party ad networks (Meta Pixel, Google Ads remarketing) by default. Full list of sub-processors and their roles in Privacy Policy §3.

§3How to opt out

We respect Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals. If your browser is configured to send GPC (most major browsers, Brave by default, Firefox / Safari via extension or setting), your opt-out is registered automatically — no action required.

§4Identity verification

For requests via §3.1, we verify identity by matching submitted information to account records. Verification typically completes within 10 business days. We may request additional information if we cannot verify your identity from the initial submission. We do not require more information than necessary to fulfill the request.

§5Confirmation timeline

• We confirm receipt within 10 business days;
• We complete opt-out actions within 45 days;
• We notify you when complete via the same channel you submitted the request;
• If a request requires more time, we may extend by 45 additional days with notice (§ 1798.130(a)(2)).

§6Authorized agents

If you are submitting on behalf of someone else, you must provide signed authorization. We will verify with the underlying consumer before completing the request. An authorized-agent form is available on request.

§7Other state rights

Non-California residents may have similar rights under state laws — Virginia VCDPA, Colorado CPA, Connecticut CTDPA, Utah UCPA, Texas TDPSA, Oregon OCPA, etc. Email privacy@prestigeecosystem.com for state-specific requests. We extend access and deletion rights to all members regardless of residence.
